As CEO of Inclusion Building Solutions, Byron is a recognized subject matter expert in supply chain diversity and business development. He has developed strategic partnerships and joint ventures for Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MBE & WBE), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB), and 8a owned firms for over 20 years. He is a retired US Army Reserves Veteran, serving as a medic and Non-Commissioned Officer for over 20 years. Byron is a proud alumnus of the University of Cincinnati and the Executive Management Program of Dartmouth College, Tuck School of Business. Locally, Stallworth serves as a Chairman for the City of Cincinnati Planning Commission, is a Board Member (Vice President) of Green Umbrella, and Leadership Cincinnati Class 38 alum.
